Health And Social Care Awards

PA Training was established as a Care Training company in 1992. We offer Health and Social Care SVQ awards at levels 2 and 3 and the Registered Manager in Health and Social Care award at level 4. Full assessor training and certification is given as workplace assessment is used throughout. This ensures an integrated approach between the care establishment, training provider and the candidate.

All candidates go through the process of induction, including workplace requirements and the SVQ paperwork. A series of study days covers the mandatory units for each award with on-site support being on offer from PA Training and workplace tutors and assessors. Help with portfolio and evidence building is on-going. No pre-entry requirements are necessary but experience and a willingness to succeed are essential. PA Training is currently achieving approximately 90 per cent success rate with many candidates progressing to the next levels. PA Training has been fortunate to deal with only the highest level quality care organisations which has made our job much easier and much more pleasant.
