Childcare Awards

We currently deliver SVQs in Children's Care, Learning and Development at levels 2, 3 and 4. We work with a number of established employers and have a number of work based assessors within these nurseries to help facilitate ongoing work based training. We also offer peripatetic assessors from PA Training who will come into the workplace to observe candidates on a regular basis.

All candidates receive a comprehensive induction to the course and we provide a series of training days to covering the underpinning knowledge required for the awards, normally at the County Hotel in Dalkeith. These are supported by on-site monitoring visits by PA Training to help candidates gather evidence and build their portfolios.
