Assessor Qualification

PA Training offers the A1 award as a stand alone qualification. All our care workplace assessors are either currently working towards this unit, which is the national standard, or they have already achieved the qualification. Full training is given to new assessors, therefore, our candidates can rest assured that all staff work to the same standards. Quarterly assessor meeting are held and have proved to be a very enjoyable and useful support mechanism. On-going training and assistance is given in the workplace on a one to one or group basis. Assessors are finding this useful towards their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
